Lucie Bourgeois is a seasoned professional in program management and operations, currently serving as Directrice de Programmes at NHOOD since October 2022. Previously, Lucie held key positions at ekiHO, where responsibilities included overseeing company processes, performance indicators, and team management, as well as technical and financial project development. With experience spanning several prominent organizations such as COFFIM, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and Deloitte, Lucie has demonstrated expertise in project management, business planning, and strategic marketing across diverse sectors, including real estate and retail. Lucie holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School and has a strong background in leadership and organizational development.
