Evan Eyo is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Asset Manager at The NHP Foundation since February 2020, Evan Eyo oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties, focusing on maximizing income and value. Prior to this role, Evan Eyo was an Asset Manager at Foundation Housing, where oversight was provided for a diverse portfolio of Section-8 and LIHTC properties. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Analyst and Analyst at JLL, where operational performance was monitored for a substantial Army portfolio, along with a financial analysis role at Economic Analysis Group Ltd. and co-owning Triple E Incorporated. Evan Eyo holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
