Joseph Dammann is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate paralegal work, currently serving as Assistant Development Manager at The NHP Foundation since June 2019. In this role, Joseph manages legal entity formation and corporate documentation for over 200 entities, supports development and acquisitions teams, and assists the Board of Trustees with various logistics and compliance matters. Prior to this, Joseph held positions at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, focusing on affordable housing, environmental litigation, and legal ethics. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in European History, Politics, and Society from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Union College.
