Natalia Varshosaz is an experienced professional in data management and operations, currently serving as Data and Outcomes Manager at Operations Pathways Inc., an affiliate of the NHP Foundation, since January 2013. In this role, Natalia develops and oversees systems for data collection and management while collaborating with site-based staff. Previous experience includes Operations and Programs Manager at Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, where oversight included fund development and marketing. Earlier roles include Head of Recording Department at Ruth Rutl P.C., where analysis of title mortgages took place, and Junior Loan Specialist at Bank of America, which involved mortgage origination and management. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Natalia is a graduate of Leadership ISD.
