Tracy Coutts Chartered MCIPD has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Assistant HR Manager at NHS Grampian since August 2016. Prior roles include Senior HR Advisor at Subsea 7 from December 2012 to June 2016, HR Advisor at Oceaneering for a brief period in late 2012, HR Co-ordinator at AMEC from January 2011 to August 2012, and Senior HR Administrator at Mansell from April 2006 to December 2010. Tracy Coutts holds a PG Dip in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Management, both obtained from Robert Gordon University during the periods of 2011-2013 and 2007-2010, respectively.
