Anthony Harper

Anthony Harper currently serves as Deputy Director for Children’s Care at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, focusing on the commissioning of health and local authority services for children and young people. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Portsmouth City Council, such as Early Help and Prevention Locality Manager and Early Years and Childcare Manager, alongside a period as an Ofsted inspector for early years. Earlier in the career, Anthony held positions with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Fareham Borough Council. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of Portsmouth, a PRINCE2 Foundation Level certification, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Commissioning and Purchasing for Public Care from Oxford Brookes University.
