Mindy Sawhney

Mindy Sawhney currently holds the position of Non Executive Director at NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board and Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As the Managing Director and Founder of root + branch since 2005, Mindy collaborates with CEOs and Boards to enhance strategic clarity and stakeholder relationships. Additionally, Mindy is a Co-Founder of carestockroom.com, which streamlines the sourcing of resources for care leaders. Mindy’s prior roles include Chairman of Revitalise Respite Holidays, Interim CEO at the Institute for Food, Brain and Behaviour, and Managing Consultant at Sheppard Moscow Ltd and Compass Partnership. Mindy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of London. Mindy is also a Fellow at The RSA and served as a Board Member and Trustee for The British Scholarship Trust.
