John Connelly

John Connelly serves as the Associate Director of Payroll Services at NHS National Services Scotland, leading Payroll Services for nine NHS Boards since February 2021. With extensive experience in human resources and service transformation, John has held various leadership roles such as Programme Head of Business Change at NHS Scotland and Associate Director of Human Resources at NHS National Services Scotland, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and national system implementations. Additionally, John is an Independent Member of the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board and a Board Member of Osprey Housing Group, actively promoting the rural economy and service transformation.
