Lisa Blackett

Lisa Blackett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Director at Puzzle Fit Consulting Ltd since 2014, Blackett specializes in leadership and wellbeing coaching. Additional roles include Chair of the Police Negotiating Board for Scotland, overseeing negotiations related to police pay and conditions, and Non-Executive Director and Sustainability Champion at NHS National Services Scotland, where efforts focus on improving health and wellbeing. As a Leadership Coach and Trainer at the Prague Training Academy, Blackett moderates the Annual Women's Leadership Empowerment Conference.
