Alice Dewing currently serves as a Digital Change Facilitator and AHP Faculty Programme Lead at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board, beginning in January 2022. In this role, Alice leads initiatives aimed at developing profession-specific Allied Health Professional (AHP) workforce strategies, enhancing staff well-being, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
