Alison Weston

Alison Weston currently serves as a Senior Transformation Programme Manager at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board since December 2022, having previously held the role of Transformation Programme Manager. Prior to this, Alison was the E-rostering Improvement Project Lead at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from November 2021 to December 2022. Alison's experience also includes positions as Customer Services & Commercial Manager at Castle Colour, Operations Director and General Manager at Samurai Sportswear, and multiple roles at Serco, including Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Officer, Enforcement Officer, and Monitoring Centre Controller. Earlier in Alison's career, security duties were performed at Norwich International Airport and military service was completed in the Royal Navy as MEM(L) from September 1992 to February 1998. Education was obtained in Gorleston.
