James Grainger

James Grainger currently serves as the Head of Finance for Primary Care and Continuing Healthcare at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group since June 2021. Previously, from October 2016 to June 2021, James held the position of Senior Finance Manager for Primary Care across Norfolk and Waveney CCGs, as well as for community and primary care. James's financial expertise includes roles such as Financial Controller at Clays and Finance Manager at St Ives Group Plc, alongside earlier experience as a Management Accountant at Clays Ltd and Project Accountant at Anglian Windows. James completed a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University in 2002.
