Rebecca Hulme

Rebecca Hulme has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Director for Children, Young People and Maternity at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board since December 2015. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Nurse, where Rebecca developed quality strategies and managed relationships with care providers to enhance performance. Earlier experience at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust encompassed operational management for multiple specialties and provision of clinical nursing leadership as a Senior Nurse. Rebecca also contributed to healthcare planning as a Nurse Board Member with Waveney Primary Care Group and developed nursing roles at Bungay Medical Practice. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Practice from the University of East Anglia, alongside earlier nursing education at the Oxford School of Nursing.
