Gareth Hardacre FCIPD is currently serving as the Director of People, OD & Employment Services at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. Prior to this, Gareth held positions such as Asst Director of Workforce & OD at Cwm Taf University Health Board and Head Of Workforce & OD at Caerphilly CBC. With a Master's degree in Managing Human Resources from the University of the West of England, Gareth has had a successful career in HR management spanning various industries such as electronics and healthcare.
