Caroline Dove

Caroline Dove has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the CEO of NHS Elect since 2003, where the focus is on supporting NHS organizations in areas such as marketing, branding, commercial skills, organizational development, and service improvement. Prior roles include Director of Services at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust (2001-2003), Head of Modernisation at the London Regional Office DH (1999-2001), and Director of Clinical Services at Central Middlesex Hospital (1996-1999). Caroline Dove holds a Master's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
