Safeena Afzal

Safeena Afzal is a Consultant Anaesthetist at NHS since September 2021 and holds a Certificate of Completion of Training in Anaesthetics from the General Medical Council. Since June 2017, Safeena has been a Fellow at the Royal College of Anaesthetists and has served as an Advanced Life Support Instructor for the Resuscitation Council UK since 2012. Safeena briefly worked as a Paediatric Retrieval Fellow with the Childrens Acute Transport Service from February to July 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Barts & The London School of Medicine, a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience from Queen Mary University of London, and a Fellowship from the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA).
