Sam completed a six-month secondment as the Interim Head of Planned Care at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, where they focused on developing a robust harm review process during the pandemic. Currently, Sam serves as the Director of Operations at NHS Practitioner Health, where they lead the transformation of the organization to meet the increased demand for services among NHS healthcare staff.
