Tariq Qureshi

Tariq Qureshi has extensive experience in critical care and anaesthesia, currently serving as an Adult Critical Care Transfer Service Consultant and Consultant Anaesthetist at NHS since August 2009. Qureshi also holds the position of Examiner for the Diploma in Retrieval and Transfer Medicine at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and serves as an Associate Fellow and Teaching Associate at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford. In addition, since August 2021, Qureshi has been actively involved with Mountain Rescue England and Wales as a SARCALL Silver Doctor and Lead for Casualty Care, providing medical training and clinical support in the Lake District. Previously, from April 2018 to November 2021, Qureshi worked as Deputy UK Medical Director and Flight Doctor at Air Alliance Medflight GmbH, focusing on international aeromedical transfers. Qureshi holds a BMBCh, MA(Oxon), and DPhil from the University of Oxford.
