Karl Willems

Karl Willems currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at NHV since July 2023 and has been with NHV Group since November 2006 in various roles including Business Partner Global Mobility, Group Reward Manager, and Vice President Human Resources. Prior to joining NHV Group, Karl Willems worked as the Human Resources Manager at Noordzee Helikopters Vlaanderen and held the position of Training Manager at VDAB from 1996 to 2006. Early career experience includes serving as a Trainer and Division Manager at The Outsider. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Language and Literature from Ghent University, a Basic Degree in Human Resources Management from Vlerick Business School, and training in Tree Care from Syntra West.
