Aaron Oravillo

Aaron Oravillo serves as a Program Coordinator at Nia Tero since March 2018, where responsibilities include planning convenings, managing travel and logistics for senior staff and consultants, and coordinating staff participation in significant international events such as COP 26, COP 27, and the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. In a previous role as Program Associate at Social Justice Fund NW from July 2021 to October 2021, Aaron Oravillo acted as Interim Executive Director, leading the search for a permanent Executive Director and addressing operational and human resources challenges, including the establishment of a document management system and an organizational assessment targeting alignment towards a unified vision rooted in a Black liberation perspective.
