Gabriela Hernandez Mata is an experienced quality assurance professional with a solid background in the food and beverage industry, having served as Quality Assurance Manager at Niagara Bottling and in various roles at Pilgrim's, including HACCP Superintendent and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Gabriela also began a career in quality control with an internship at Merck Group and contributed to research initiatives as a member of the iGEM Competition research staff and later as a research advisor. Academically, Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
