Steven Thai

Steven Thai, MBA, is a seasoned professional in people analytics with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Founding Member at the Society for People Analytics since August 2024, Steven has been with Niagara Bottling since July 2017, holding positions as People Analytics Manager, HR Analyst, and participating in the Professional Development Program in Human Resources. Previous experience includes a role as Business Development Specialist at the CSUF Center for Leadership and multiple positions at ARAMARK, where Steven advanced from Supervisor to Assistant Director of Food Service. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine, along with several certifications in workforce planning and data analytics.
