Tina (Gregory) Schultz, Ph.D., has extensive experience in the field of education and social work. Since 1987, Schultz has served as a school administrator in the Niagara Falls City School District, where responsibilities also included roles as a teacher, dean of students, and social worker, with a focus on advocating for pregnant and parenting teens. From 2004 to 2013, Schultz presented workshops on cultural and racial diversity at NYU's national educational conferences and various educational institutions. Prior experience includes a social worker position at Some Other Place, Inc., where supervision of a facility for juvenile sex offenders was conducted. Schultz holds a Ph.D. candidacy in Leadership and Policy, along with two master's degrees in Educational Administration and Elementary Education from Niagara University, and a bachelor's degree in Bible and Social Work from Philadelphia Biblical University.
