Amma Darkwah

Amma Darkwah, MBA, currently serves as a Purchasing Compliance Specialist at the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amma gained valuable experience as a Supply Chain Intern at National Fuel Gas Company for one year and as an Operations Specialist-Team Lead at Garick from May 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading team meetings, managing customer inquiries, and negotiating product pricing. Additional experience includes temporary positions as a Sales Associate at Catherine's, Clarks, and JCPenney. Amma holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, earned in May 2025, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and International Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2021.
