Brad Otto, PE, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently employed at the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority since November 2024, Otto previously served at the New York Power Authority from November 2009 to November 2024, where notable contributions included approval for a $1.1 billion, 15-year program and oversight of the Lewiston Pump Generating Plant Life Extension and Modernization project.
