Erik Willers

Erik Willers is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Facilities Manager for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority since December 2024, Erik previously held the position of Director of Customer and Tech Services at Eastman Machine Company from January 2020 to December 2024. Prior to this, Erik managed facilities and the physical security team at Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation from March 2013 to December 2019, overseeing a team of technicians across the Northeast. Erik also served as Property Manager at Benderson Development from April 2005 to March 2013 and as Property Supervisor at National Grid from September 2010 to March 2012. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Ripon College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
