Carmen Rossiter

Carmen Rossiter, CPA, CA, ICD.D, is an accomplished finance professional and governance expert with extensive experience on various boards and committees. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Niagara Health and the Ontario Medical Association, Carmen also contributes to the Audit and Capital Planning Committees. Previous roles include Program Director at the Schulich Executive Education Centre and member of the Senior Advisory Panel to the Auditor General of Ontario. Carmen's governance expertise is further demonstrated through leadership positions on several other boards, including the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario and North York General. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and has received additional education from PwC / Motorola University.
