Darlene Contreras

Darlene Contreras has extensive experience in logistics and transportation, currently serving as a Logistics Traffic Coordinator at Niagara LaSalle Corporation since June 2011, overseeing load building and shipment coordination for local and long-haul movements while facilitating communication between customers and carriers. Previously, Darlene worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sammons Trucking from October 1993 to April 2008, where responsibilities included traffic planning for nationwide shipments of flatbed freight. Earlier experience includes a role as a Central Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative at Great American Lines from 1990 to October 1993, focusing on shipments of automotive steel coils across the Midwest, East Coast, and Canada. Darlene holds a Medical Billing and Coding certification from Kaplan College, completed in 2011, and attended Morton from 1973 to 1975.
