Jessica Hon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Niagara LaSalle Corporation since January 2019, Jessica previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Scrap Metal Services, LLC. and Central Grocers, Inc., where responsibilities included managing complex employee relations and overseeing performance management and benefits administration. Jessica's career began at SVT, LLC (Strack & Van Til Supermarkets) as a Human Resource Manager, directing salary and compensation strategies for over 700 staff members and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
