Jonathan Bridges

Jonathan Bridges has a diverse work experience history. Jonathan currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Niagara Machine, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at The Lab Consulting from October 2019 to August 2020. From March 2019 to October 2019, Jonathan worked at American & Efird as a Continuous Improvement Lead, where they focused on implementing Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing Processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and eliminate waste. Before that, from January 2016 to March 2019, they served as a Project Engineer at American & Efird, leading and managing various projects to improve production, quality, and safety. Jonathan's work experience also includes an internship at American & Efird in the summer of 2015.

Jonathan Bridges earned their High School Diploma from Gaston Christian High School. Jonathan attended the school from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
