Randy White has a diverse and extensive work experience. Randy started their career as a Telecom Systems Controller in the U.S. Air Force from 1986 to 1991. From there, Randy worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Astrocom from 1992 to 1993. Randy then joined ADTRAN in 1993 and held various roles including Technical Support Engineer, Business Development Manager for International Sales, and Business Development Manager for the CenturyLink Account. During their tenure at ADTRAN, Randy played a crucial role in developing major programs and driving business growth. In 2016, they joined Phoenix Telecom Solutions as a Business Development Director before moving to Telecom Technicians, Inc in 2017 as the Director of New Business Development. Randy continued to advance their career in the telecom industry, working as a Business Development and Professional Services Executive at the Telecom market space from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Randy holds the position of Regional Sales Manager - South East U.S. at Niagara Networks since 2019. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, customer relationship management, program and project management, and technical support.
