Melissa Raquion

Melissa Raquion, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Management and Planning at Niagara Region since November 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Corporate Accounting at Liberty from September 2021 to October 2024. Melissa's extensive experience at Suncor spanned nearly eighteen years, during which various positions were held, including Manager of Finance & Planning for Operations & Logistics, Team Leader roles in Inventory and Supply Accounting, and several Analyst positions. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from an institution outside of North America and is a proud member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2004 to 2007.
