Mat Lemay

Mat Lemay, GISP, has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analysis, starting as a Research Assistant at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority in 1997. Following this role, Lemay served as a GIS Specialist at Buchanan Forest Products Ltd. from 1999 to 2006. Subsequent roles include GIS Analyst positions at the Town of Essex (2006-2013) and the City of Niagara Falls (2013-2018), as well as a GIS 911 Data Analyst role at Niagara Region from 2018 to 2019. Since June 2019, Lemay has been working as a CAD/GIS Analyst at Niagara Regional Police Service, contributing to advanced spatial data analysis and emergency dispatch systems.
