With a strong background in strategic real estate and team development, Erica has successfully managed numerous global transactions to align real estate decisions with company growth. Previous experience includes significant roles at Nova Partners, Inc. and Equity One, Inc., where Erica oversaw construction projects for high-profile clients and contributed to various project management capacities. An educational background features a Master of Science in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
