Masashi Kawashima

Masashi Kawashima is a seasoned executive in the gaming and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Games & Publishing at Niantic, Inc. since October 2015. In this role, Masashi also leads Truffel and oversees Asia operations as an Executive Producer, where responsibilities include team management, strategy building, business development, and serving as a spokesperson. Before joining Niantic, Masashi was with Google from 2007 to 2015, working as Webmaster Manager for both global B2C and the Asia Pacific region. Masashi holds an education from Waseda University and Koryo High School.
