Nathan Crouther

Nathan Crouther is a highly experienced software engineer and manager with a strong background in mobile application development and core infrastructure. Currently at Niantic, Inc. since October 2018, Nathan has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Build, Release & Automated Test and Tech Lead/Manager for Build & Release. Prior to that, at Abbott Diabetes Care from June 2007 to October 2018, Nathan was a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager for the mobile applications team, instrumental in launching the FreeStyle LibreLink app for Android and iOS, which significantly impacted sensor sales. Nathan founded the mobile app group, successfully expanded the team, and ensured the app's delivery met commercial milestones with a focus on quality. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis.
