Ciara Wasley

Ciara Wasley is the Head of Finance - Financial Control & Shared Services at nib Group, a position held since 2020. Ciara joined nib health funds in 2003 and has held multiple senior finance roles, including Group Financial Controller and Financial Accounting Manager. They contributed significantly to nib’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation and managed financial reporting for the company's New Zealand subsidiary post-acquisition. Ciara also has experience in various accounting roles across different industries and serves as a committee member at the Hunter Medical Research Institute Foundation. They hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England and are pursuing further education in accounting.
