Mathew Finch serves as the Head of Data & AI and Head of Emerging Technology & Data Platforms at nib Group, where strategic thinking and thought leadership focus on applications of AI, ML, Health & Biotech, IoT, Cloud, and Blockchain to address customer issues. With a prior role as Enterprise Architect, Mathew spearheaded a multi-year cloud strategy and designed an AWS-based cloud platform that enhanced microservices and DevOps culture. Previous experience includes positions at Performant Financial Corporation as a System & Network Engineer and Circuit City as a Lead Computer & Network Technician, reflecting a strong background in IT infrastructure and support.
