Roslyn Toms

Ros joined nib in 2011 as General Counsel and in 2017 was promoted to the Group's Executive Management team. She is responsible for managing the Legal, Risk, Compliance, Governance, Community and Sustainability functions across the nib Group. Ros is also Company Secretary of nib holdings limited.

She also is a volunteer Director of nib foundation, nib's charitable organization, and Director of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA). Prior to joining nib, Ros was General Counsel & Company Secretary of a national building and construction company and also worked in private practice for over 12 years for a number of leading Australian law firms.

Ros holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Journalism) (Honours)(the University of Canberra/the University of Technology), Bachelor of Laws (UNSW), as well as Graduate Diplomas in Legal Studies (College of Law) and Applied Corporate Governance (Governance Institute). She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
