Kim Skov Jensen

VP & Chief Financial Officer at NIB

Kim Skov Jensen is the current Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NIB. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for Group Treasury & ALM and Managing Director at Nordea from September 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for Nordea's Treasury operations, asset and liability management, and balance sheet risks. This included interest rate, FX and other market risks, as well as the management of Nordea's liquidity, capital, and funding. The division had approximately 190 employees working across the Nordic countries and abroad.

From May 2008 to September 2014, Skov Jensen served as Managing Director in Group Treasury at Nordea. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of treasury-related activities, including risk management, capital markets transactions, and funding. Kim also played a key role in several strategic projects, such as the legal restructuring of the bank and the relocation of headquarters to Finland. Skov Jensen has extensive experience working with executive management teams, regulatory authorities, investors, and rating agencies.

Kim Skov Jensen has a Nordea Executive Training from London Business School, an Executive Training from IMD Business School, and a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. Kim has also completed Selected MBA courses as an Exchange Student at NYU Stern School of Business. Kim Skov Jensen's mathematical high school degree is from Naestved Gymnasium.
