Merle Wilkinson

Merle Wilkinson is currently the Director at NIB. Prior to this, they served as Alternate to the Board of Directors at Nordic Investment Bank from September 2010 to August 2015. Merle has also held various positions in the Ministry of Finance, including Head of State Treasury Department and Advisor to the Ministry. In addition, they have served as Treasurer for both Eesti Energia AS and Estonian Compensation Fund, and as Project Manager for HF Capital.

Merle Wilkinson has a bachelors from Estonian Business School and a masters from Taltech – Tallinn University of Technology.
