Stefan Forsberg

Stefan Forsberg is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager and Head of the Service Desk at Nordic Investment Bank since January 2017, previously holding roles as Service Desk Lead and IT Specialist. Prior to joining Nordic Investment Bank, Stefan worked as an IT Support Specialist at ManpowerGroup Solutions from February 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included user problem-solving through various service desk tasks. Earlier experience included positions as an Outside Furniture Mechanic at Oy J-Trading Ab, focusing on installation and excavation work, and as a Salesperson at MF-Puhelimet OY. Stefan holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Technology from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
