Ville Kivinen

Ville Kivinen has extensive experience in legal and procurement roles, currently serving as a Seconded National Expert in IT procurement and contract management at the European Medicines Agency since October 2023. Previously, Ville has held the position of Senior Counsel at the Nordic Investment Bank since February 2017, focusing on procurement-related legal issues. Ville's background includes working as a Legal Counsel for Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating IT outsourcing deals and managing contracts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contract Manager at Oracle Finland, and an Accountant at Aallon Tilitoimisto Oy. Ville Kivinen holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
