Matt Lamers is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Nibbles, a startup combining pet insurance with a pet rewards credit card, since April 2025. Previously, Matt held the position of Head of Marketing at Avant from September 2023 to April 2025, focusing on team leadership and marketing attribution. Earlier in the career, Matt was the Director of Digital Planning at Hearts & Science, leading digital strategy for major branding and acquisition campaigns. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
