Mark Shenton

Mark Shenton has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Mark began their career as an Associate at BNP Paribas in 2001 and later worked as a Senior Associate at FGIC. In 2005, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Assistant Director. Mark then moved on to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where they served as an Assistant General Manager. In 2010, Mark joined Commonwealth Bank as a Director in Project and Structured Finance. Mark'smost recent role was at NIBC Bank, where they held the position of Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure & CRE in London. Throughout their career, Mark has gained expertise in areas such as infrastructure finance and commercial real estate, with a focus on sectors such as data centers, broadband fiber networks, EV charging infrastructure, energy storage assets, build-to-rent, and student accommodation.

Mark Shenton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Sydney between 1986 and 1991. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 1999 to 2000.
