Sander Martens

Sander Martens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sander has been working at NIBC Bank since 2020, starting as an Application Manager and later becoming the Application Management Lead for IAM. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Solution Engineer IAM. Before joining NIBC Bank, they worked at PostNL as a Solution Consultant, Application Consultant, Functional Service Owner, Team member of Changes and Projects Bureau, and as a Customer Delivery Manager. Sander also has experience at KNKF/SenS Consultancy, where they served as a Consultant for the "Oesh" project and as an Auditor for the Fight Right quality mark. In addition, they have owned and operated 1-2-All Training & Events, focusing on self-development training and organizing martial arts events. Prior to that, they worked as an Auditor for the Fight Right quality mark at NIVM.

Sander Martens obtained a Bachelor of Sports degree in Sports Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Segbroek College from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Sander Martens has obtained various certifications related to identity management, access control, enterprise architecture, business analysis, and IT project management from institutions such as LinkedIn, Pluralsight, IMF Academy, Udemy, The Open Group, and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Sander has acquired these certifications between 2021 and 2023.
