Cynthia Holtz

Cynthia Holtz possesses extensive experience in accounting and financial management, with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at NIBCO INC. since May 2016, Cynthia previously held roles as a Financial Specialist for the City of South Bend and as a Business Consultant for Maple City Market Natural Foods Co-op. Additionally, Cynthia contributed to AM General as a Sr Financial Analyst for over 16 years, managing fixed assets exceeding $500 million and leading the setup of $250 million in new plant assets in SAP. Earlier experience includes positions at Custom Form Mfg and Dometic Group, where Cynthia developed skills in financial analysis and IT operations. Cynthia earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend and holds an undergraduate degree from DePauw University.
