Laura MARTINS has extensive experience in training and administrative management, currently serving as Responsable Adjointe Service Formation Clients at Nibelis since July 2015. Responsibilities include developing the training service, coordinating operational activities, implementing key performance indicators, defining training offerings, commercial development, managing the training center's software, achieving Qualiopi certification, overseeing e-learning projects, and managing financial aspects. Laura has also led the administrative and logistical team, focusing on work distribution and performance management.
