NIBS Technical College is a private training institution. It  was established and incorporated under companies Act (Cap 486, Laws of Kenya) and registered as a private limited company on 19th March 1999.  It is also registered as a post secondary training institution by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology under the Education Act (Cap 211 Laws of Kenya).
