Angela di Conza

Angela Di Conza is a highly experienced professional in the food science and technology field, currently serving as Head of Technical at NIC UK since February 2025, after holding the position of Technical Manager. Prior experience includes Technical Manager at Natoora from September 2022 to January 2025 and Quality Assurance Manager and NPD Coordinator at Peregrine Trading Ltd - Seggiano from September 2020 to September 2022. Angela Di Conza also contributed to Natoora as a Technical Assistant and Food Safety Intern from September 2018 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes work as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at University College Cork, focusing on cheese proteolysis and dairy industry problem-solving. Educational qualifications include a Master in Food Science and Technologies from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a degree in Food Science and Technologies, Food Safety and Quality from Università degli Studi di Foggia.
